ANTIQUE COLUMBIA BICYCLE
Circa 1882. Columbia Standard model series, by the Pope Mfg. Co., Boston, Mass.. 54" dia. front wheel, 18" dia. rear wheel, parallel front wheel bearings, adjustable conical rear wheel bearings, & lever-spoon brake.
This bicycle was professionally restored approx. 12 years ago. Parts were nickel plated as originally, including the half nickel forks, and ALL the original spokes.

Also was repainted with automotive paint including a clear coat, giving the black paint exceptional depth, gloss & luster. NOTE: before restoration this bicycle was a rust free Southern California desert climate bike, with all the original parts.

Metal polishing (by hand) and a little wax for the paint every few years brings this bicycle to a museum show quality show piece.

THIS WILL MAKE A WONDERFUL DISPLAY PIECE FOR HOME OR OFFICE.
